our story over.png

Founded in early 2009, Tim Pattinson Design began when drivers and teams requested livery designs for their race cars after seeing concept liveries on various online sources.

These first livery designs led to an expansion of services and race categories to better meet our clients needs.

The first design was on the Commodore Cup #24 of Tony Bates. It was my first opportunity to work with a client and go through the process of refinement to get the desired outcome. Later that year I was asked to design the Seiders Racing Careflight Ford BF Falcon V8 Supercar for the Fujitsu Series to race at Mount Panorama, Bathurst. It’s a great memory seeing those early designs in the flesh and on the race car instead of on the screen.

After a few years of running the business after hours the decision was made in 2013 to go full-time with TP Design. This has enabled me to spend more time on designs, refine my craft and deliver better results for my clients. We’ve had some amazing opportunities along the way designing cars for drivers and teams in every top level race category here in Australia, as well as, various categories around the world.

Our Story is on-going with new opportunities to work with amazing people who power the race industry.

I look forward to sharing these moments with you as they happen.
