STM’s New Bathurst 12Hr Look
Scott Taylor Motorsport wrapped up another strong campaign at the 2025 Repco Bathurst 12 Hour, fielding its striking Mercedes-AMG GT3 in support of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA) and continuing its growing presence in the event.
The TP Race Design livery turned plenty of heads across the weekend. It takes inspiration from Cam Waters’ NASCAR Truck, which Scott Taylor sponsored in 2024, and was later adapted and redesigned for use on Taylor’s SuperUte before being carried over to this year’s GT3. The final look also featured some personal touches — the names of Taylor’s dogs, Indigo and Maddox, appeared on the rear quarters, while the drivers had their own dogs’ names placed beneath theirs on the pillar.
Craig Lowndes, Cam Waters, and Thomas Randle shared driving duties across the 12-hour race, with the car running reliably and consistently. The STM entry was again prepared and supported by Ash Seward Motorsport, who have worked closely with the team over the past few years.
As always, the effort wasn’t just about results. STM continued its major fundraising and awareness campaign for the PCFA, following on from the $100,000+ raised in 2024. The 2025 event provided another opportunity to highlight men’s health at one of the country’s most-watched motorsport events, both trackside and across national coverage.
While the final result didn’t tell the full story, the team’s performance — both on and off the track — was another step forward in its Bathurst 12 Hour journey. STM again proved it could combine professionalism, purpose, and personality in one of the most demanding GT endurance races in the world.
